Packaging Licensing Information
The packaging products offered in our online shop are not covered by participation in a dual system. The displayed product prices do not include any costs for packaging licensing (system participation).
As we cannot determine from your order how and for what purpose you intend to use our packaging, we do not automatically arrange system participation for the products offered in our online shop.
Whether system participation is required and which company is responsible depends on the type of packaging, its actual use and the applicable legal provisions.
Special Provisions for Service Packaging
Service packaging refers to packaging intended to be filled with goods at the point of sale in order to enable or facilitate their handover to the end consumer.
This may also include packaging filled in preparation areas directly associated with the point of sale.
Under certain legal conditions, the obligation to participate in a dual system for service packaging may be transferred to an upstream distributor.

Do you require our packaging as service packaging with system participation already arranged?
Please contact us by email or telephone BEFORE placing your order!
The costs of participation in a dual system are not included in our regular online shop prices.
Service packaging must be priced individually, as we do not keep packaging with system participation already arranged in stock.
As we do not know how our customers will ultimately use the packaging, we generally do not arrange system participation for our products in advance.
If you require service packaging with system participation already arranged, we will be pleased to review the available options and provide you with an individual quotation before you place your order, including any additional licensing costs.
