Our Printing Methods
Different printing methods are available depending on the order quantity, packaging material and artwork. We help you select the most suitable production method.
Digital Printing on Finished Paper Bags
With this method, the design is printed directly onto already manufactured paper bags. This solution is particularly suitable for smaller production runs and individual designs. As the bags have already been produced, the artwork must be adapted to the available printable area.
Digital Printing on Packaging Laminate
With digital printing on laminate, the packaging material is individually printed before the bags are manufactured. This allows designs to be integrated across large areas of the packaging. The method is suitable for various paper and plastic laminates.
Rotogravure Printing
Rotogravure printing is particularly suitable for larger production quantities. The design is transferred onto the packaging material using engraved printing cylinders. This method delivers high-quality printing results with up to ten colours.
Separate printing cylinders are required for the individual print colours, resulting in initial tooling costs. If the artwork remains unchanged, these cylinders can be reused for subsequent production runs. This makes rotogravure printing particularly attractive for larger and recurring orders.
